Refund policy
Due to the hygienic and personal-care nature of our beauty devices, all sales are final.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for used or unused products.
This policy exists to protect customer safety, as all devices are intended for direct contact with the face and skin. For this reason, we cannot restock or resell any returned merchandise.

Refund requests for “change of mind,” personal preference, or delays outside our control
Refunds due to shipping time, as stated at checkout and in our confirmation emails
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with a photo/video clearly showing the issue.
If verified, we are more than happy to provide a replacement at no cost or refund at no cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
If a package is missing after delivery, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier to file a claim.
We will help where we can, but we cannot guarantee refunds for items marked delivered by the carrier.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as fulfillment begins immediately.
